18th Annual convocation of Kuvempu University:

The 18th Annual Convocation of Kuvempu University will be held on 23rd February 2008 at Jnanasahyadri Campus, Shankaraghatta at 11.00 am.

Magsessey awardee Mrs. Kiran Bedi, IPS will deliver the convication address.

IN This occasion, Honorary Doctorate degrees shall be awarded to Sri Shivamogga Subbanna, classical Singer, Sri Shamanur Shivashankarappa, Educationalist, Social Activist Sri Belagere Krishna Shastri and Writer Sri Baraguru Ramachandrappa by His Excellency Sri Rameshwar Thakur, Governor of Karnataka.

Vice Chancellor Prof. B. S. Sherigara will preside.
